Using the interface
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls, Enter or Space to activate buttons, and browser zoom to enlarge text. Policy documents support text selection, keyboard focus, readable contrast and printing. Optional tracking controls use native buttons and labelled checkboxes. Decorative images should have empty alternatives; meaningful images need a description.
Reporting a barrier
Tell us the product and screen, device/browser, the action that was difficult, and the help you need. Avoid including private business records in screenshots. We can assist with policy information, account access and data requests by email. Accessibility testing and improvements continue across the business modules.
