These Terms describe the use of Mohasiba, Bill, Nirkh and the Date Converter, Tools and Support websites, provided by Mohasiba in Kabul, Afghanistan. Questions and complaints: info@mohasiba.com.
Eligibility and authority
Account holders must be at least 18 and authorized to act for their business. These products are business tools and are not intended for children to create personal accounts. Do not create an account if you do not meet this condition. Businesses using school, health or employee features must have a lawful reason and any required consent or guardian authorization for the records they enter. An adult-account confirmation is not parental consent for a child's records.
Your records and responsibilities
You retain your rights in the records you enter. You authorize us and our service providers to process them to operate and support the service. Protect your credentials, use appropriate staff permissions, enter accurate records, check calculations and maintain backups. Do not upload unlawful material, use the service to defraud others, attempt unauthorized access, or publish records without authority.
What the products provide
Features and limits depend on the product, business type and plan. Mohasiba supports business records; Bill creates receipts and invoices; Nirkh provides price information and calculations. Availability, synchronization and printing depend on connectivity, device and printer support. Offline displays may contain previously received information. Market prices and AI outputs may be delayed or incorrect and must be checked. The products do not provide investment, medical, legal or tax advice, guarantee profits, certify a business's identity, or guarantee the acceptance of an invoice by an authority.
Prices, payments and refunds
Check the selected product, plan, duration, currency and final payment-provider amount before paying. A conversion estimate is not the final charge. Payment-provider or bank conversion fees may apply and must be checked with that provider. We do not authorize a new automatic charge simply because you have paid before. Renewal requires the payment arrangement disclosed at checkout. Refund requests follow the Refund policy; account deletion, cancelling access or voiding a Bill invoice does not automatically transfer a refund.
Changes, suspension and ending use
We may change features or limit access to address misuse, security incidents, non-payment or operational problems. Contact support to resolve a restriction and request access to your records. You may stop using the service and request export or deletion. Paid access and data requests are separate processes. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or impose a waiver of rights that applicable law does not allow.
Disputes and applicable law
Contact info@mohasiba.com with the issue and relevant account or payment reference so we can attempt to resolve it. Mohasiba operates in Afghanistan. Applicable mandatory law and consumer rights continue to apply; these Terms do not create a mandatory foreign arbitration requirement, waive a right to make a lawful complaint, or prevent an honest review.
